「Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....

「This was our first trip to tulum, and without a doubt, if we return, we are going to tago tulum again! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for dinner and breakfast way more times than expected because we loved the vibes, the service and the food so so much!! Perfect hotel if you ask me! Thank you Tago! 」
