Our family returned to Grand Sirenis in February 2026, and once again the resort delivered an exceptional vacation experience. This was our third stay, and it truly felt like coming home to a place where the staff genuinely cares about every guest. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Marlene Castro, Erik, and Head Chef Fernando, whose dedication and attention to detail made our stay outstanding. Their commitment to service is one of the reasons we keep returning. Our two grandsons had an unforgettable time exploring the resort’s unique blend of jungle pathways, beach lagoons, and archaeological elements. The natural setting is unlike anything else in the Riviera Maya—lush, peaceful, and full of wildlife. It’s the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation for families. We also want to recognize the entire resort team for their excellent service throughout our stay. Every interaction—from dining to housekeeping to guest services—was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Room was excellent. Staff throughout the resort was incredible, so friendly, helpful and always so willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Ana, Mexia,Giovanni, and Yessica. Buffet and a la carte dining were incredible, service amazing. Pools and lazy river were hits. Very large property, a compass would have been helpful!

A lovely resort. Beautiful grounds and beach. An abundance of wildlife. Good food - I am vegetarian and I had no issues. Staff are great. The drinks seemed weak. Loved the lazy river. The rooms did the job, big and lots of storage. You won't be in room too much - it is so much better outside on the grounds. A special mention to Afred, our expedia conceriage. He was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful.

From an older perspective… too big and not nearly enough shuttles. Had to wait a long time and people going to spa always took presidence Our toilet easily clogged and water ran constantly despite maintenance attempts to stop Food was very good on the whole but buffets very noisy and busy. Need more people cleaning tables and servers.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. The room was beautiful, except for the scent of cleaning products. The buffet food was average, but the other restaurants(for dinner) were above average. Drinks are just average(house, wine, and beer and cocktails) There were shows in the theater, which were good, but the sound is very loud. You need earplugs. The musical entertainment at night (bands) was very good. All the staff were very helpful and many spoke English. The gym is OK, but the weights are very old. The bike tour was excellent. The beach is quite large and we were able to kayak one day. There are lots of activities for children.

We had an excellent time at this resort. Place was clean, food was great. Staff was very informative, especially Eric. Very pleasant and always helpful. Concierge staff was great (Yessica, Joseph, Geovanni and Mexia) They always were very helpful. Ala cart restaurants were all great from the staff to the food. We enjoyed Carnal the best followed by Pueblito Lindo. We had an opportunity to scuba dive and the staff there was also excellent and nonweldable. They took us to a reef that was abundant with fish and very colorful. We enjoyed the evening shows and the atmosphere of the several bars. Overall this was a great stay.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from Feb 4-12, 2026. Despite reading some negative reviews, we had an amazing experience, especially the service from our Expedia rep Erik Medina. We stayed in building 10, 2nd floor. It was less noisy than the main floor (golf carts come and go here). Overall, the noise was not a huge issue but I'd suggest ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as you can sometimes hear both people and birds in the early hours of the night. We had a junior king room and it was perfect, clean and mattress/pillows were very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The grounds are very well maintained and the sitting areas had nice, new furniture both indoors and outside. Be prepared to run into some spider monkeys, coati and occasional cats and racoons! There are lots of birds chirping around as well. There are 3 main unheated pools. We found them all very clean and we appreciated that there always seemed to be lounge chairs available throughout the day. No racing to reserve chairs! We found the staff always pleasant and attentive to our needs and requests. Customer service was a pleasure. We went to all but one a-la-carte restaurants (seafood as we couldn't fit it in) but we did make all of our reservations right after we arrived which I highly recommend as early times fill up quickly (schedule opens each Wed am) The food/drinks were excellent! I would highly recommend this resort! We plan to go back again if possible.

Although a little dated, the room was very spacious and well maintained. The food was excellent at all the restaurants we tried. There are three swimming pools, all geared towards their own crowds. All the staff everywhere was nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The only bad side to this resort is the beach: it is relatively small ans has lots of rocks and corals which makes getting in and out sometimes difficult.

The room was amazing, the maids were even better! no complaints at all! Our suite had a comfy king size bed, desk, pull out couch big tv, BEAUTIFUL bathroom including a Jacuzzi and a waterfall shower!

The room was amazing. The view from the room made the whole trip better would definitely come back to the resort another time

The rooms were really nice and the staff was great. The two issues I had were the large pool U shaped was very cold. The other problem was they would only allow you 50% a la carte restaurant's. Well, unless you wanted to eat at 8:30pm which is late for us.
