The pools are great, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Food options and quality could be improved, and I definitely recommend booking the adults-only TRS section for a better experience. Most of the staff provided excellent service, but the pool bar at White Sands was a bit slow, and at times, it felt like we were being overlooked.

The place was different stay then unusal, but very nice. All the staff were very kind. what to be better was the pillows to smell fresher, then what we had.

Our first impression was it was beautiful! All the staff were very nice and accommodating, some language barrier, but not too bad. Our room was big and comfortable. Only issue with the room was the phone didn't work. Had to ask 3 times for someone to come look and fix it. Still dodnt work when we left 5 days later.Overalll, we had a great time.

Very quiet and beautiful scenery. Everything is a small walk away. This resort offers everything, spa, fine dining and live entertainment. The staff is amazing and will do everything possible to make your stay even better.

Staff was overall amazing and friendly! Especially David who was the concierge assigned to our villa. He went above and beyond, always checking in making sure we had a great experience. Overall, the resort offers a wide variety of restaurants and pools from family to adult only options.

They treated me very kindly, everything was perfect from check in to check out. There was a few issues in my room, but they were quick to resolve it and offer another room. The only thing I can complain about, is the food was not as good as I would hope. Other than that amazing experience.

It was good.

First time at an all-inclusive. Spent the first half of the trip in a boutique hotel. The food was amazing. Came to the Grand Palladium, which is all-inclusive, and the food was okay. Drinks were poured light. You could find some great food at the variety of restaurants they have, but overall, it was just okay. Seems like a great place to bring kids. Seems like the whole theme was centered around food.

Overall it was a great experience, the only thing that sucked was that there was that they don’t have elevator in the villas. We had our baby girl, bringing up the stroller to and from our room was just another task . I truly loved their food menu!

Our stay here was lovely! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Cielo and David, our concierges, as well as the manager Miguel. They took extra effort to ensure we had the best experience and were able to celebrate our anniversary in style. Highly reccomend the Japanese and steak restaurants!

beautiful resort. Clean, friendly staff but most importantly, the property was kept clean and not overly busy even during busy Christmas season. I appreciated the staff ensuring the pool was smoke free making it very kid friendly and healthy resort. It kept the resort clean too. I have been to this resort for more than 5 times now. Beaitiful landscape, friendly staff!

The property is really big (bring your walking shoes) with many different types of accomodations. Beachside just means you are kind of near the beach. Not worth the etxra spend, in my opinion. I booked through hotels.com and got a surprise when I arrived, a friendly concierge duo in building 59. Cielo and David were there to answer any questions, help with last minute reservations at restaurants, etc. 10/10 accomodating and friendly service all around, from all staff! Lots of local wildlife, while we are instructed NOT to feed them, there are those who chose to defy. These animals are now emboldened to approach you as you dine in the outdoor spaces during the day. That said, the place is beautiful and Id reccomend to persons who enjoy being surrounded by nature and wildlife!

Same food everyday. In buffet some empty plates, not enough stuff to fill the plates. Not many spots to swim in the sea. Sometimes rooms where not cleaned. Huge property. Takr some time to figured out where is what. Noy my info was provided for VIP clients. Only at the end of my vacations found all pleasures of VIP access.
