「The staff and grand palladium were above and beyond. From the greeters, to the welcome center, to the waiters, the maintenance staff, all were soooo incredible nice. It has been an incredible experience. I loved the property, the ambience was phenomenal. Thank you guys for making this the best vacations we ever had. You guys rocked. 「Loved the hotel. My room had a swim up (given an upgrade because of Expedia ). I wish the food was better. I would say it’s 7/10. Other things I saw was that the rest of the hotel is ok the older side. But it’s ok. The family selection side is great. Loved how they have lots of things for the kids in the pool. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun.
