We even had a minor issue with our ac and it was handled promptly with no issues after. Being able to snorkle everywhere on the property was great! We enjoyed the proximity to Xplor and Xcaret! "

"This was our second stay at TRS Yucatan and we’re very happy with our stay. Our butler Alberto was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our vacation special for us. Other exceptional staff include Daniel and Hector who were very helpful with rides around the resorts and helping out with our luggage. We were very happy with the resort and the food, drinks and amenities were still outstanding. However, coming back we noticed a few things that we wish had not changed. The hydro circuit used to be a perk of TRS and now is an upcharge. The amount of upcharging at the resort now is a bit underwhelming. Also, the quality of the food at El Gaucho was very disappointing. There was better steak at the other à la carte restaurants we tried. The Italian, French and Mediterranean restaurants were all very good. The best restaurant service by far was at Caprichio. The staff were the most attentive and friendly. The venue at Helios was very nice but Caprichio had the better food and service."

"Had an issue with the taxi to and from a nearby town, in which the resort assured me was a safe and reliable transport mode. I don’t attribute this to the hotel itself, as they also did everything they could to ensure my safe return and follow through with the initial driver. Otherwise everything is stunning, definitely a resort for couples and retirees. The food in the restaurants was incredible. My only overall “feedback” would be the limited access of food between the lunch and dinner switchover/late night after dinner - the only option being room service. They have La Trattoria which is only open select days of the week. Would love to see that be open during the transition periods for a quick snack/small meal without having to go to the room and wait 30-45 min (which is honestly still a great delivery time for how great the food is). It is doable to work around this! This does not make or break how wonderful the resort is. The overall landscape is stunning, the access to the sister resorts and amenities make the possibilities endless! The excursions that were included were IMPRESSIVE and well planned. If i were to visit an El Dorado resort again, i would likely look into which one suits the vibe of my vacation a little closer than I had. The staff were beyond attentive and very patient with the guests that may have consumed a few too many bebidas (not naming names - it’s me… i did). Anything i asked for, someone had it covered. ¡Gracias!"

"Family Selection swim out room is hard to top, it will be hard to go back to a regular room after having your own pool. The staff were amazing at every restaurant to accommodate my gluten free needs, butler service was so great to have! "

"What a lovely little gem! We have been to many all inclusive hotels here but this place ticks all boxes! The entertainment was amazing, the vibe was excellent. The food was tasty, not exceptional but really good especially for an all inclusive. The drinks were fantastic, be sure to ask for a Pink Gin and Tonic. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable. They have a little mobile library to check out a book and the choice of pools is a great option. We will most definitely come back again. Lovey vibe, great music, wonderful atmosphere for a bit of everything! "
