"We stayed for the first time at the TRS Yucatan after upgrading from White Sands. The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and kind and always there to help if you needed anything. The only slight negative was the steak at any of the restaurants including El Gaucho was really stringy and tough to chew even a New York strip. We did the bonfire dinner on the beach, which was an extra charge but absolutely worth it. A huge shout out to our butler Alexx he was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. "

The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable as a family. We especially loved how beautifully nature is incorporated into the design and layout of the property—it feels peaceful and thoughtfully done. Seeing the friendly wild animals around the hotel was such a unique and special touch. Truly an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to come back."

"Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there."

"This was our second stay at El Dorado and we will definitely be back again. The staff are incredible and so kind. The food is amazing and there’s so many options. Excursions included were so much fun! Rooms are beautiful and kept clean daily. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone who made my husband’s birthday trip one to remember. "
