"Overall had an excellent stay. It’s a beautiful premises, perfect location, and the staff are very good. We had an ocean view room as an upgrade and was definitely worth the extra $$$. Only reasons for not 5 stars is the lack of swimmable beach (there is a small beach area but no swimming). While the food overall was excellent (both buffet and à la carte), I did pick up a small bout of food poisoning from my dinner one evening. Still overall we were very happy with our stay and can happily recommend this all inclusive in PDC. "

"it was a great experience, Staff was extraordinary. Hotel was so large and had great amenities like gym, sport center with many tennis courts, football field, etc.. Many restaurants with different options. Some staff deserves to mention, our guest service managers, Maximiliano, Kiyoshi, Erick. Family Selection beach staff, Israel, and Jose, and most importantly the Churchill liqueur bar staff Alexander and the other guy, mixologist. They are the best. Enjoying different cocktails at the Churchill bar after the dinner was the one of the best part of our vacation."

"Infinity pool was relaxing, but don't expect a lively experience and no swim up bar was dissapointing. I purchased the Jr. Suite in Villa 61 and location was great but not worth the increased price for a mini-pool you won't really use. E-Butler was onhand for all your needs and room stocked constantly. No beach to really speak of and seawood was alot and stinky. Food was better at buffets than the restaurants requiring reservations. "
