"We had a really great stay here overall! The resort itself is super cute with a beautiful layout and tons of photo-worthy spots, which I loved. The location is a huge plus — being right by Fifth Avenue made it so easy to explore, shop, and step off the resort when we wanted to. The food was pretty solid, especially for an all-inclusive. I’d say it leans more toward “good” than average. The Mexican restaurant stood out — the veggie fajitas were really good. Also, the pizza by the pool was surprisingly a hit. The pool area was definitely one of my favorite parts. The loungers are AMAZING — I loved the built-in shade for your face (such a small detail but makes a huge difference). That said, just know people wake up very early to reserve chairs. If you’re not an early riser, you might struggle to find a spot because they do run out pretty quickly. I do think they could add more lounge chairs. One highlight of the trip was my birthday — I rented a cabana and it was 100% worth it. They decorated it with balloons, included a bottle, and we had a daybed right by the pool (exact spot I wanted). It made the day feel really special, and for around $95 USD, it was a great value. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back. The only reason I’d try somewhere else next time is because I’m currently on a mission to experience different resorts in Mexico."

"Raul Ocampo was my personal concierge from Expedia. He was extremely helpful in helping me plan my daughter’s bday, and anything I needed for my stay. He was helpful, kind and accommodating. The food at the hotel wasn’t good, it’s very bland except for a few restaurants. Customer service was top notch, my family and I got treated like royalty. The food is missing seasoning and the beach got taken over by seaweed."

"Not even sure how to review this place. It was a pretty good stay until we got robbed. Had 2 rooms hit in 2 different buildings. It was obviously staff as I don’t know who else would have access to all the rooms. All of our bags were obviously rifled through. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when we told them. Seems like theft is common according to other reviews. Keep all valuables on you the entire time. The buffet was average, restaurants were good. The sargassum was especially bad and the ocean was not swimmable most of our stay."
