"We fell through the cracks at check-in. We were not given information about the services, property, restaurants, etc. We traveled with another couple and in the process of finding a joint "concierge" we were left for almost an hour with no information. Once we were given our rooms, we also did not receive information about the large property until we asked for it. It took us a while to figure out the amenities and activities (into the next day). We were given some perks by the management (a cabana for the day) to make up for the faulty start, but it colored our stay and the four of us ended up feeling that we would not return."

"Property and people there are great. If you are looking to go to the beach you can not! Lots of seaweed.,Cannot get in the water. That’s what we go for is the beach and water. Had to sit by the pool everyday. They do have pool activities and music so that was good."

"Great property with lots to explore. Multitude of restaurant and dining options across the various parts of the resort - buffets were a little hit or miss but some of the restaurants have some really nice dishes. We booked a Family Selection option and found the check in / check out process quite cumbersome as typically had one person dealing with a queue of families checking in or out. Quick communication with the butler service isn't WhatsApp was a handy option as allowed for quick access to room service and shuttles for moving around the expansive property. We travelled in April so beaches had a lot of seaweed and while the property cleared occasionally it's definitely a factor to consider if you're looking for ocean swimming / beachfront dining (the smell!!)"
