「It was beautiful. Pool freezing cold. But it’s the time of year. Pool outside of room was so cold we couldn’t get in it. People were amazing. Sea weed was hard. Food delightful. 」

「First impression was not so good as the lobby looked dated. For me, that was a bad sign because I had a feeling the rooms looked dated as well. We selected the Junior Swim out room and it was horrible. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling and looked very dated, you could barely see your reflection in the mirror. Tiles on the room floors were cracked in some areas and the shower had sewage smell coming from the drain. There was still a wet towel sitting on one of the loungers out on the patio....

「This resort was amazing. It was like they had thought of every detail. The whole resort was immaculately clean inside and out. The pools the beaches were gorgeous with tons of seating. There was a sargassum problem this week, however the resort staff were cleaning it continually and the beach was quite usable in places. 「You get what you pay for. The room itself was clean but it definitely needs some updates to remove the stains in tiles of the bathroom grout and the shower faucets do not shine at all. Linens could also get an upgrade b/c you can tell they have been washed too. many times now. The staff were amazing though especially the gentleman who worked on our arrival. We found our window didn’t lock and the door lock wasn't working either that he made some changes and gave us a new room to feel secure....

「When I looked up the information, the hotel looked very nice in the photos and the location is great. However, the room is very poor. It has a lot of humidity, the internet doesn’t work properly and keeps cutting out, and there is no fridge in case you want to store water or anything you’ve bought. 「The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day. 」
