Nice spacious resort with helpful staff. Our concierges, Rafael and Cielo, were amazing and exceptionally helpful on a number of occasions. Their services is what differentiated this trip from many others we had.

Excellent stay and the service was exceptional! Our concierge team David and Cielo were amazing. They explained amenities, sent out daily activities, explained dining and helped set up dinner experiences. The lobby bar staff also went above and beyond! Roger, Marcos and the rest of the team were so much fun and made the best drinks. Andres at the coffee bar was pretty awesome! Rafael and Octavio at the front desks were so nice and always remembered us. The entire resort staff were all great! The amenities, activities, transportation of the resort were great! The resort was so clean and we were able to jump around to all 4! I would recommend staying here and we will for our future vacations to the Riviera Maya!

The servers wore great. There place uses huge and I like the white sandbox side because it's less people. Only thing I didn't like was the room service took a long time to get me just water. I found it easier to just go to the front lobby bar and ask for a pack of water. Overall, a great place.

We went with another couple and had our room upgraded to pool view.... we were a long ways from the pool... and our friends had a closer, better room then us (even with our additional cost of upgrade). Wouldnt recommend the upgrade.

Everything was meticulously clean and perfect we really enjoyed the amazing food!! Best we have had in mexico!! It is a large resort si lots of walking only down side!!

Ocean had too many rocks otherwise it’s not too deep and very calm, a lot of seaweed on some days. Restaurants booking restart on Sunday. We came on Tuesday and with Expedia VIP we could barely find a spot and times too early 6 pm or too late like 9 or 10pm. On Wednesday all was booked we ate in buffet it had very good food. We tried all restaurants without extra charge all were good. Some restaurants have extra charge and there are few restaurants that are adult only or for TRS adult only section and I heard the charge is less for paid restaurants if you stay in TRS. The only downside for TRS they don’t have beach it’s rocky there and salt pool that they have is very dirty. But you can go to family selection area which has the nicest beach if you have VIP pass you can go anywhere to eat and stay in all areas and all Expedia customers are VIP which is big bonus. Not all food is the same in all buffets some have something available that others don’t. Try all of them and go to the one you like most. It’s a big resort and you have to walk a lot to activities since their shuttle system is not so good. If you catch a shuttle it’s a bonus but expect to walk everywhere. Check their app for activities and it’s little tricky to find them so ask someone to show you. We loved riffle shooting, archery, art classes you need to book one day in advance and exercise classes. Free boat ride in their lake in white sand lobby. Free snorkeling paddle boards, boats, kayaks, but fishing extra fee.

All the staff were very friendly! The concierge’s made it easy to make dinner reservations and schedule shuttles. There were so Many choices for restaurants. My family had an absolutely amazing vacation. I will definitely come back!!!

Don’t come here if you are looking for convenience. Or if you are traveling with a baby/young toddler. Expect long waits for a highchair after you’ve been seated at the buffet… or one not to show up at all… which happened to us twice. Then when our little one came down with a stomach bug we tried ordering room service and were told they were going to charge us $15 for delivery. Never in my life of staying at a variety of all inclusives in mexico have I been asked to pay for a room service delivery. So with room service out (because to hell if you think I’m paying for delivery at an all inclusive) we were stuck with no options for food that night due to our little one being sick and the resort having no grab and go options. The only grab and go option the pizza place was closed and we were told we could not take back food from the buffet. We’ve never gone without food on a vacation before. We paid good money to stay here and couldn’t access food when we needed it. Again do not come here if you are looking for convenience or even your basic needs being met. The two evenings we visited the coffee shop the baristas there looked inconvenienced to be asked to make coffees and this was the theme through the resort. On the topic of food the food at the white sands buffet was so bad. I can’t believe how bad in comparison to Colonial buffet. The only saving grace was the service we received at the family selection private pool. There are fake reviews driving up rating. Don’t be fooled!

Good afternoon the room service was always nice and clean. The maintenance part is not good at all i called because my frige didn't work came but my drinks were never cold.
Food was good.
Reservation for Italiano was good but didn't have what we ask and we had a birthday and they put feliz Aniversario 👎
Brazilian Reservation was my bets expirins was good evening thing was grait serves.
The white sand lobby was the best experience we had they were all amazing but most of all Rager, Freddy, Marco, best esxrians was in the lobby amazing bar tenders.
We went to the coffee shop and Andres does the best coffee drinks we went in the morning and they were nasty.

Beautiful resort, staff was very nice and accommodating. Rafael and David, our concierge's at our suite were fantastic. They helped us book our dinner reservations and were always there to answer our questions and whatever else we needed.

Love the Grand Palladium but they really need to do something about the smell.. the lobby and surrounding areas has a bad sulphur smell and our room had a terrible musty smell (and I’m not sensitive to smells..). The food is great, service is wonderful and it’s beautiful! I liked booking here because we had access to all the other resorts as well, which was a bonus. White sands pool is better than colonial because colonial is way too deep!! Will definitely be going back, just hope they can fix the smell!

This experience was by far one of the best experiences my entire family have had. The service was fantastic, the facilities were clean, the food was delicious, and there were so many activities and things to do. I huge thank you to Alejandro at the reception desk who was a gem, to Jose and Joel who were magnificent at the Beach Bar, to Eduardo who was fantastic at the Snack Bar at Colonial, to Cecilia who was a wonderful waitress at the Hacienda PM buffet, to the chef extraordinaire David at Portofino who’s food was delicious, to Francisco and Jonathan who’s service at Portofino made us feel special, and to our wonderful concierge David and Rafael who were a power team always checking after us and giving us updates for our day….you all made this experience exceptional and one that I wish many other families would enjoy. I am Palladium loyal now for life. Thank you again for all that you did.
