"I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts across various destinations in Mexico, this one was by far the best experience I’ve had Food was amazing our room was in good condition for a 10 year old property but the 2 main highlights for me were the location and the extremely helpful staff, regardless of room category or status level it seemed like all guests were treated the same. It’s a smaller resort so everything feels a little more personal and upscale, no reservations for dinner no towel cards for the pool just take as many as you need, room service arrives in 20-30 minutes and house keeping is very consistent. Special shoutout to Mel and Erik, best entertainers I’ve encountered at a resort.. Chepo and Miguel at the pool deck for keeping our drinks full all day and Santos at the Italian restaurant! Will be staying here again. "

"We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package. Some of the perks were nice to have & we did utilize some of them. However, im not sure if we would add it again if we revisited the resort."

"Overall we had a really good experience at El Dorado Seaside Suites. The resort was extremely clean, the views were amazing, and the staff was outstanding across the board. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The resort also offered plenty of activities and amenities, so there was always something to do. The biggest downside was the food, which was a little hit or miss compared to the rest of the experience. We also had some confusion with airport transportation, as we were originally told it would be included, but found out it did not apply from Tulum Airport. Other than those issues, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning. I’d give this resort a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars."

"The staff was absolutely amazing, and the resort itself was breathtaking — easily the most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed at. Every meal we had was incredible, from the restaurants to the room service. El Gaucho was definitely our favorite restaurant! My partner and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary during our stay, and the resort made it feel so special. We attended the Chic Cabaret and experienced a beautiful cultural show, along with a special dessert and anniversary shoutout that was so thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and welcoming. We truly loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return."
