We had a great stay at the Wyndham Grand Cancun. Overall, the resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our room was a good size, very modern, and comfortable. The pools were excellent, and the beach access was even better. The algae wasn’t to bad when we were there . If you’re coming primarily for the food, you may be a little disappointed. While the food was decent, it wasn’t a standout. Our favorite restaurant was the adults-only Italian restaurant. Enrique, our server, provided outstanding service and made the experience even better. We also rented a cabana for a day, and I would definitely do it again. Samuel took great care of us all day and was like having our own personal server. He was incredibly attentive with both our drinks and food, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great pools, and amazing beach made for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend the Wyndham Grand Cancun to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

The facilities were clean and nice, and the staff worked hard to keep things tidy. However, the hotel was so long that it was exhausting to walk around.

I like staying at sunrise. The only problem I had were not helpful receptionists when my daughter were in need of women necessities after all stores were closed. Suggestion. Please install some tampons dispensers in women bathrooms. The rest of staff and restaurants, food, music, entertainment, bars were really good. Definitely I would come back.
