La habitación estuvo muy limpia. La habitación. Estaba renovada con Nuevo micro y refri. Tenía lavaplatos la estufa me parece que no fuera renovada, pero estaba bien los baños si fueron rosados ya tina sólo regadera, pero para mi opinión mejor los colchones están nuevos y muy cómodos.

I was disappointed with my stay overall. The food was underwhelming and lacked flavor, and there were very few dining options available. The hotel itself feels outdated and could use significant updates. During our stay, the power went out, which meant there was no running water and no air conditioning for a period of time. It made the experience very uncomfortable. Another frustrating issue was that the hotel offered guests coffee before excursions but didn’t provide lids for the cups, even though the excursion buses don’t allow drinks without secure lids. It seems like a simple detail that could easily be addressed to improve the guest experience. Overall, I expected a much better experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel was pretty clean, and staff was amazing. This is a family oriented hotel, lack of adult entertainment. Food was just Ok don’t expect anything premium unless you pay for it. In general I had a good time but will said its a 3.5 stars not a 4. My room was not updated but my dad’s room was.

limpio lugar y buena diversion

Enjoyed our trip and would recommend! Very clean, staff is helpful and the food was good. Hibachi restaurant was excellent! The beach was also great with plenty of chairs. Thank you for a great vacation!
