「Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.」

「Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. Not a slight to the others, just they are all so great that it is an injustice to name them and...

「The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!」
