「Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well! 」

「Myself, my husband and our two boys just finished a two week stay here and it was fabulous! The food was great and so much variety to choose from. The Italian food at Portofino was probably our fav. The butlers in our villa - Erick, Max and Kiyoshi - were spectacular and made sure we were always well taken care of. 「The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!」
