「They were super accommodating about letting us access the amenities 3 hours before check in while they got our room ready for no extra charge and late check out - they offered us a hospitality room to use so we could store our luggage, shower, and change before leaving for the airport. What a gift to be able to enjoy some bonus time on the beach before heading home to the snow. 」

「They sent a very helpful video through WhatsApp the day we were to arrive which showed how to find our room as there are no staff past 3pm. Beautiful inner courtyard area is the best place to use wifi if needed. 」

「Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!」

「The entertainment staff is amazing on the Caribe side . They crush it out of the Park every time . Estrella is amazing , Juanito is vibrant and speaks such good English , my older Brother Jesus is fantastic , the Bananna is great , Mariana is beautiful and in the greatest shape ! The Italian restaurant is amazing led by the beautiful host, the manager , always remembers your name is wonderful, Frank is the best waiter known to man! The Bar between the Italian and Tokyo led by the drill Sargent...

「Wonderful resort for a family vacation! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were current and clean, and the buffet had a great selection for adults and kids. The pools were well-maintained, and not too cold! Swimming with the turtles daily was a huge highlight. The resort is also close to several cenotes that you can visit. Many amenities to keep kids entertained, plus the great beach, will have us coming back. 」
