Location on the beach, jacuzzi, clean room, very good bed, even though you can smell the humidity in the room. Very well organised. Magnificent pool and beach. Plenty of activities. A bus can transfer you all between the different Barcelo lobbies (there is 4).

The stay at this resort was like staying in a piece of art. From the ceiling, the walls, the floor and the amenities everything was designed for a luxurious and peaceful experience. The customer service from every staff member was incredible. I highly recommend this resort for people looking for an unforgettable experience! The staff was outstanding. The rooms were perfect and spacious. Our swimout was beautiful and right across from the piol and bar. The resort itself was clean, modern and well maintained. The buffet was perfect at all hours. We spent our vacation drinking, eating and in the pool and sun so going to eat and graze whenevwr we wanted to was perfect.

the property is kept immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The restaurants however have many issues. The Japanese restaurant was terrible but the waitress was worse. She had no way of describing the menu and I had the worst meal of my stay. The Mexican restaurant was wonderful. The waiters had a clear understanding of the menu and were able to help me decide what best to order. None of the restaurants (expect the Mexican) were great. Based on the reviews I was expecting a much better experience
