Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again. Thanks for all the staffs here!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Xcaret Arte! They offer so many activities to do and literally the property is unreal. The nature and animals makes the experience amazing!! The people are kind and helpful. I went by myself and the tour of Xenotes and Xochimilco were just out of this world. I'm looking forward to booking here again in the near future!! Food was soo good too!

Me he hospedado 3 veces en ese hotel y jamás había tenido un mal trato de algun empleado. Me refiero a específicamente de un persona que quiero reportar que es el encargado del restaurante Chino Poblano: Alan. Llegamos 15 minutos antes de mi reservación (la hice de 3 personas) y llegué con mi esposo, faltaba mi hermana quien iba detrás. Alan nos pidió nuestro nombre y nos pidió que nos sentáramos en la lista de espera. A los minutos llegó mi hermana, pasaron 10 minutos y veíamos que pasaban a todas las personas que iban llegando después que nosotros. Cabe mencionar que había bastantes mesas vacías por lo que mi esposo se levantó a preguntar qué ocurría. Alan respondió muy a la defensiva que hasta que estuviera la mesa completa nos pasarían, él le dijo que entendía pero que estábamos completos desde hace varios minutos, él empezó a responder muy grosero diciendo que así funcionaba y que si quería llamaba a seguridad. Muy sorprendidos de lo que estaba pasando le preguntó el motivo de su actitud si únicamente estábamos preguntando. Mi esposo fue a sentarse a la sala y a los minutos llegó Alan muy alterado preguntando si queríamos cenar o si esperábamos a seguridad, él empezó a inventar que mi esposo se había portado grosero (cosa que jamás fue así) . En ese momento le pregunté cuál era el objetivo de llamar a seguridad, no entendíamos porque estaba tan alterado a lo que mi esposo le preguntó como era posible que se comportara así de explosivo y grosero si éramos clientes

Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvements We recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially for a place marketed as an all-inclusive destination. Poor Hospitality and Inconvenient Booking Process From the moment we arrived, the hospitality fell short. It often felt like we were inconveniencing the staff rather than being welcomed as guests. Booking activities or making plans was unnecessarily complicated — nothing felt seamless. Instead of being helped through the process, we were left to figure things out on our own, which really impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the resort. Everything seemed to be fully booked all the time, and no one on staff offered us solutions or alternatives. We ended up missing out on several things we had hoped to do during our stay. Resort Layout and Navigation is Confusing Getting around the resort was a constant struggle. The directional signs and maps are not helpful at all. We often found ourselves wandering in circles trying to find restaurants or activities. Simple fixes like more signage, clearer building numbers, or even colored pathways would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Food Quality is Lacking The food was another major letdown. Although there was a lot of variety, the quality just wasn’t there. It felt like the resort prioritized the amount of food rather than the quality. I overall felt like we were treated like another number in our stay.

In general I think the property is overrated . If I need to say something positive is maybe the food ad Kibi Kibi which is only available if u stay at casa Artistas or for an extra fee. The negative: 15-20 mins waiting time to be seated despite the reservation, very unfriendly staff, staying at Artistas was supposed to be an upgrade, however, First night huge travel with the Jacuzzi , they changed my room at 11h00 pm, needed to pack again everything. Food in my opinion is very poor, for the price you pay. Too much mexican food, which after 2 days was enough, not really International food in the venue. The parks are ok, but again I will advise going to other resorts and then going to specific parks like Xenses and more natural sites. Xcaret is just an illusion, but why if having so much richness in the area create these artificial spaces. The experience was really below my expectation and surely not worth spending the money here when you have thousands of wonderful options in the Riviera Maya

The property and room was beautiful. The waitstaff, cleaning service, and receptionist were kind and informative, however we were directed to the concierge for most issues/problems/questions and they gave us the bare minimum. Example: we had no clue that we could book private transportation to and from the airport and the concierge made it seem as if it was our only option. The restaurants were very good as well, great food and ambience, however we were stuck eating at the same restaurant most nights because you needed to make reservations for almost all of them, not just the ones listed. Also you are only told once that the pools and bars open and close at 7, this is an adults only resort, it would make sense to have things open later than 7 that way you can actually enjoy the amenities after you return from excursions. Overall though the hotel was nice, staff was attentive, and we had a wonderful time other than the three things mentioned.
