「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment! The place was spacious, and it was especially convenient that each room had its own bathroom, which made everything feel very comfortable and private. One of the highlights was the amazing rooftop area, complete with a jacuzzi and a lovely seating space to relax. The partial views of the ocean and the pool made it even more special. 「The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. 」

「Wow where to start. First off all during our stay we had a huge cockroach come out of the second bedroom and we didn’t even leave and doors or windows open. Secondly they shut the water off for almost the whole day and didn’t even tell us about it and their pathetic offer to have us move all our belongings to another apartment was supposed to be their appeasement for us when we shouldn’t have to deal with any of that on vacation. Plus the front desk even confirmed that they had been told of it...

「Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa. A cobertura com 4 quartos, gigante. A estrutura do prédio é perfeita. A proximidade da praia e da 5a avenida é ideal. Não tem barulho o que torna a qualidade da estadia ainda melhor. Um ponto de melhoria é oferecer junto da estadia a limpeza. E para um apartamento onde ficam 8 pessoas confortavelmente, poderiam ser 2 vagas de garagem mas o condominio tem 1 vaga separada na calçada que atendeu bem.」

「Beautiful condo on quiet street next to shopping and dining. 24 hours front desk one street over was very helpful with information. The beach is about 10 minutes easy walk. 」

「In the middle of all Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to Quinta Avenida, the beach, and many restaurants. Chedraui store very close for groceries, coffee and pastries. The host is on site, very friendly, and always available. Property is very secure and provides parking. The only downside is that the music from the club at Be Playa across the street was loud on some nights.」

「Sea tower is a new building very close to 5th Ave and the beach in Playa del Carmen very safe to walk around, close to nice restaurants, room works perfect for us, comfortable,clean and the AC works great. 」
