We got to the resort around 1 AM, had to carry our own luggage up two flights of stairs, and were told an extra night would cost 3 times as much. Staff acted like rooms weren’t available, even though the resort was empty and under construction. We were denied both a refund and the ability to shift our dates. Guests shouldn’t have to cover costs caused by circumstances beyond their control. Hoping for a fair resolution. "
