We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The staff were truly outstanding, especially Alfredo and Sergio in restaurant — both were incredibly attentive and made our experience feel extra special. Their warm service really stood out. The food was great across the board, and the restaurants offered plenty of delicious options. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every single day, and the room service was excellent. There was also plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. You can really tell the team works hard to make sure guests are happy and always have something fun to do. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Ocean Meyer Royale is a small resort, adults only and every single staff member makes you feel special. The beach is nice and the rooms are lovely but it’s truly the staff that shines. I had been there in April and the seaweed was bad, but I was just there in November and the water was wonderful.

Friendly staff, clean room. I would have liked a little more variety in the music selections. Also it could have had a little more entertainment, such as Karaoke a few nights by the pool. I don’t know how I felt about the bubbles in the pool, that was definitely something different. I liked the Spanish lesson.

First 5 nights dealt w noisy girls Screaming, yelling and slamming doors. Also had to listen to our toilet run constantly and make a noise. Woke up one morning and we had no running water or working toilet.

Great balcony view, warm, kind staff. Food was hit and miss, but could always find something good. Mike's coffee shop was our favorite. Great service and a wonderful vacation at Ocean Maya Royale.

Staff was very nice! For the price, the room was spacious and clean. The resort overall was very clean and had very pretty beach and pool areas. The restaurants were also pretty but the food was just okay and the service was slow. We wished that there was more to do at the resort. They had nightly things but none of them caught our interest.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were very spacious. Their entertainment options were top-notch, with great live music and talented musicians, especially the guitarists. The food was delicious, and the customer service was attentive and friendly. Everything felt very clean, staff was really nice, the water in our room didnt go very warm so showering wasnt as great, ended up getting a hairdryer a couple days in as one wasnt originally provided. Otherwise the stay was really nice, thank you

Our room was always clean and cleaned every day. The staff were very nice. Our favorite bartender was Jorge! It was neat all of the activities they had available to do throughout the day and evenings. Food was great and drinks were too. The breakfast was our favorite at La Hacienda and the dinner at Blue Moon was exquisite. The beach was okay. Lots of seaweed.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The resort needs some serious updates and maintenance for it to be a 4 or 5 star resort. Our check in process was terrible. Kevin was the Expedia rep and we arrived at around 9am and we knew that check in was at 3. At most places the resort will work to try to get your room ready as early as possible. There were only about 8 of us that arrived at that time. Kevin was very cold and uninterested in helping us naviagate the resort website. We stopped back at 2:40 to see if the room was ready and he coldly stated that check in was at 3. Other people arrived by bus at 2:55 and they were checked in and shown to their room. It was 3:30 by the time Kevin called us over to his desk and said our room was ready. When we booked we did not understand that if you booked as Privilege you would be treated far better. Booking reservations at the restaurants was difficult, the beach areas for us had no drink attendants. I very much felt like a second class citizen. On Monday we stopped by the desk and Roberto was working. He was very kind and understanding and advised that he could help us with dinner reservatons and that was lovely. He also arranged for us to have a taxi pick us up. Roberto saved the vacation. The room was clean but the shower design meant that water leaked out onto the floor. One day we did not get our room cleaned. We called and did have fresh towels delivered. The restaurants were all ok. Nothing great

Los cuartos estan bien lo unico es que se estan muy separados de la playa y para una persona con poca movilidad es dificil. La comida es limitada en varidad. Los show terminan muy temprano apesar de que se supone que es un lugar para adultos y uno va a divertirse. Todos los empleados fueron muy atentos.

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and cant begin to thank the staff that made our stay incredible! Poor check in. He was not helpful at all and very disinterested in our requests. The other staff members were much more pleasant.It was 3 o’clock and we didn’t get our rooms till 4:30. It was difficult getting dinner reservations. Not very efficient beach service for drinks, the service was sporadic. I won’t stay there again
