「Excellent staff」

「Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! 」

We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. 「The Beach was almost non existent, errosion has taken the sand away. The daily dump of sargassus left a hum. Staff were great, especially Jose the pool cleaner in front of building 1 swimouts. He workes hard to keep pool clean, please tip.these people they deserge extra money. The restaurants served top notch food. You get a real steak at the Rodeo. Duck Confi was mouthwatering. Beer and spirits were good. We would return if only for the beach, (we prefer beach to pools).」

「Amazing resort for our family vacation (2 adults, 2 children aged 4 and 11). Beautiful property with lots of wildlife; every square inch of it boasted life and amenities. Massive resort but continuous shuttle service made navigation easy. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!」

「The property and amenities were extremely amazing, also the restaurants were very good and I would certainly visit this resort again in the future.
