「Overall, there was no staff, only the odd security guard. Pool was questionable. A bit weird to get charged a cleaning fee for towels after check-out. Perhaps if the shower didn’t leak, I would not have dirtied them… Overall, the place was fine. Very central. Did the job.」

「We had a series of unfortunate events: our electricity went completely out in our rooms. We had electricity twice during the day for 15 minutes each time. We had no way to watch TV, turn the air on or charge our phones. I understand things can happen but management did not attempt at anytime to compensate us for our inconveniences. They finally moved us to another room at 9:30pm but the new rooms had no internet. We went back to our original rooms.the next day once the problem was resolved....
