"The location of the property was great, the apartment itself was very nice, as were the amenities the apartment provide. The building itself was great from the pool, elevator, to parking. Though the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. "Todo estuvo muy bien tuvimos unas muy buenas vacaciones el personal muy atento, las áreas hermosas y los restaurantes fueron muy buenos y con deliciosa comida. El único inconveniente fue que en nuestra habitación no había plancha y secadora llame a la recepción y ellos resolvieron rápidamente y llevaron a mi habitación ambas cosas. El control de la televisión no funcionaba muy bien pero después de varios intentos este funcionaba. Las toallas blancas estaban muy percudidas y viejas. Nosotros llevamos las propias por lo cual no tuvimos la necesidad de usarlas. Eso son los puntos que ojalá pudieran revisar."

"Knowing a little Spanish is beneficial but not entirely necessary. The staff are extremely helpful and understanding, the grounds are immaculate, the pools are wonderful, the beach views are breathtaking, and they have a little convenience store in case you forget something. The multiple restaurants make it so you'll have something new to try for every meal and the breakfast buffet was a winner for us. They have entertainment scheduled throughout the day, and plenty of wildlife to just walk around and admire. The grounds at night are a must for a romantic stroll and are adequately lit for such an adventure. We never felt unsafe throughout our entire stay. Food and drinks were exceptional. Wife has an allergy and they were more than on top of making sure she was taken care of. Turn around was always fast and they were right there when your plate or glass was empty. Restaurants and bars were easy to find and only a question away. This resort will be one we recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic get away."

"My wife and I recently stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful resort and incredible beach to the food, spa, activities, and—most importantly—the people, this was a truly memorable experience. What really set this stay apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. We never felt like just another set of guests. The staff remembered our preferences, anticipated our needs, and consistently made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I want to give a special recognition to Roberto, our room concierge, who was absolutely wonderful. His attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more comfortable, and he was always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Franco, our pool concierge, also deserves recognition. He was attentive, friendly, and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. His service was exactly the kind of personalized hospitality that makes a vacation feel special. At Oceana, Giovany provided exceptional service. He was professional, personable, engaging, and incredibly attentive to detail. It was obvious that he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that positive energy came through in the way he treated us. The picaña and coconut shrimp were also fantastic! The pool at Secrets Maroma was absolutely incredible and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the entire stay."
