「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Just Okay. The location is the best part of this hotel, being close to 5th Ave, the beach, bus and ferry terminals. The room was very basic and the bathroom quite small. We lost power twice during our 4 day stay. The pool is pretty much non existent. I’d pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.」
