"Our room at Jungala was amazing!! Our sons had their own space which they appreciate being teenage boys. We only had one small issue trying to get a new clothes steamer for 3 days but that was small compared to our whole experience. The pools are beautiful, the staff are amazing and area is breathtaking. It was so easy to get to and from the airport. We also went into Playa Del Carmen. They got us a taxi and then when we returned we called for transportation back to our hotel. Sometimes you have to wait for transportation but it was never long. All staff were very accommodating!! We would definitely go back. "

"We stayed at the Ocean Maya during a girls trip and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The resort is beautiful, great restaurants on site and wonderful staff all around. One of our friends has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating offering her great meal options throughout our entire stay. The rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds. I would highly recommend the Ocean Maya to friends and family. "

"Wonderful attentive staff. Restaurants à la carte great and delicious. Buffet ranging from local food to Chinese to even poke bowls and sushi. The rooms clean and well stocked . Our favorite restaurant was the Italian The only little thing that could be improved would be the check in. It took way too long and after a full day of travelling all you want to do is get to your room and start to relax. The idea of a pre check in was wonderful but was not used at all in the end. Viva playa del Carmen. The power snorkel at xelha was toooo much fun."

"The rooms were clean and air conditioning was great. We had garden view rooms that was nice and peaceful the way we liked it. Staff was always friendly and offered assistance when asked. The pools were fun with two swim up bars. The kids liked the slides. When we went to the beach it was very weedy and not ideal for swimming. But after a bit of rain the beach seems to be better with less seaweed. The grounds and restaurants were clean and food was good. "
