I would definitely stay at this property again. My husband and I stayed there for 18 days with no problem. The staff and the amenities are great. It's definitely on the quieter end of fifth avenue.

I’ll not stay here again. From the beginning, Slow check, they charged me a fee which I asked to be paid with card and is one of those hotels who ask you to stay before sending someone to check your room. I’ll not stay here again.

Excellent location good customer service. Big room with two queen beds and sofa. Kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker. A lot of space to store luggage and hang your clothes. Wi-Fi fast enough. Beach about 7 min walk. Will come back again.

Nice aparthotel.

Great stay, the aparthotel was just a little dated with some bits needing a refresh. All clean and tidy and the pool area is nice. Would have been great if the bar was open up there as well! Gym has a good amount of machines and weights as well.

Convenient location, comfortable swimming pool area on the roof, house keeping does good job cleaning the room daily. Beautiful lobby, but rooms need renovation and deep cleaning. Front desk staff is friendly, but needs more training/standards to explain about the property and services. Overall good value for the money.

Everything was great. We would definitely go back. The only issue we had was that we were not communicated re: pool towels until we heard this from other hotel guests. Also it would be nice if there is an option to rent beach chairs & umbrella with minimal fees.

Superior property. Super pleasant experience. Clean and modern and spacious accommodations. The roof top pool and patio are phenomenal. Very quiet, in a perfect area of town away from the pumping night club scene. Parking onsite and front staff were incredible and met every need and expectation. Also 1 block from the best local eatery in playa called “TROPICAL TACO” we ate there 5 of the 10 nights in playa. Incredible CUSINE and fair price!!

Nice quiet location at the end of Quinta Avenida.

Everything was good The location, and the room was nicely laid out but we had construction outside our window a jackhammer going at 9:00 a.m. in the morning sometimes all day. And the pool was a little cold for some reason. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered to change our room but we decided to keep it since we were out most of the day.

No coffee in the rooms. We had to take the elevator down four floors every morning to the lobby for a coffee urn that was often empty. One time we were chastised for using too large of coffee mugs! We experienced no running water for two days in total and power outages. We usually were treated with indifference and apathy by the Raphael when we approached him with issues. The kitchenettes were very poorly provisioned with utensils, dishes and cookware. The rooms were nice, the cleaners and others at the front desk were pleasant and the top deck pool was awesome!

Jail!!! Walls 2m in front of any window.

Room ha no window facing outside. All windows had wall in front within 2m. This setup is for 2 star hotel or less
