"Food was good. Steakhouse and seafood spot I recommend. I didn’t get to try the Asian restaraunt but a lot of people said it was good. Staff was attentive while I was at pool with drinks, food, and towels. They also had some activities to do while I was there, like beach volleyball, and massage class (all same day). There’s an OXXO ( 7 eleven of Mexico) and pharmacy right outside the entrance of the resort. The waves in the ocean are also always relaxed since there are things in place to block strong waves. Beach bag is included, just don’t take it home. I’d recommend taking valuables with you when you go to pools / lunch as someone will likely come clean your room. I left money inside while they cleaned and didn’t count a single dollar less when I came back, but rather be safe than sorry. Cleaning ladies were also super nice the times I did come across them."

"The staff here was amazing. Shout out to Jorge Hernández and the staff and housekeeping at the family concierge suite. Everyone was very helpful and really attend to the families staying at the resort. Overall our family had a great time. The resort is very family centered and caters to groups with young children. The kids water park was well maintained and honestly more impressive than I expected. The Coties were a delight. Small little raccoon ant eater looking animals that live in the mangroves near the beach and live on the resort site. We had one sleeping on our balcony one night and our kids were delighted. Really add a lot of character to the resort. But fair warning, they’re mischievous and will try to steal food from your bags is left unattended near the pool. I think that’s a feature, not a bug though."
