「Lugar seguro y en una zona tranquila. Se puede llgar tranquilamente caminando a la 5ta avenida o tomar un colectivo en la esquina. Cerca hay un tienda de conveniencia 24 hrs. La suite moderna y todo en orden con lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia. 」

「Great place. Juan Carlos and staff were amazing. Location is perfect, with 5 th Abe being so close but having a quiet place to sleep. Top notch restaurants all very close. Love it here and will return. 」

「酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。」

From the outset, the staff made a clear difference—Nohemi, Yamila, and Julian at the front desk were outstanding in coordinating taxis, providing helpful local guidance, and offering discounted beach club access nearby. Their service was consistently professional, attentive, flexible, and well-informed. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, featuring excellent air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, clean white...

「The condo was huge and airy and wonderful! It's 5 mins from 5th ave and close to all the stores and shopping. The room was very clean and staff was easy to work with. There was always someone in the lobby at night and they were very accomodating. The pool on the roof is glorious and yes, there is a small washer/dryer combo in the unit! We will definitely stay there again when we come back! 」

「Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. 」
