No benefits for VIP members Basic service. Also I ordered a cocktail at the restaurant and were terrible.. asked the waiter to replaced and he did but still charged for both . Big concern it was a Happy hour. The employees need more knowledge of how to handle this situation

Everything at this property was lovely. It was quite and calm. The pool was great. Very walkable to the strip of playa del carmen. The only thing were the beds and pillows a little stiff. Overall everything was great and had a good time stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at HM Playa del Carmen! This beautiful boutique hotel is close to the main road, beach, and ferry, making it easy to explore. The well-maintained pool and poolside bar were perfect for relaxing with great drinks and snacks. Just a great little hotel. Quiet but walkable to most everything in playa. Very clean and staff was friendly and sweet. Breakfast buffet was very good. My only minor complaint is the beds were pretty firm but still slept well. Only 3 blocks from the Playa Alterna bus station. Many dining options right by hotel. Pool was fantastic!
