「Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. I think such an employee deserves a higher salary because he really makes...

「En general todo muy limpio y siempre atentos, con muy buena ubicación para disfrutar de las vacaciones.」

「Excelente todo! Trato del personal limpieza ubicacion」

「Location was great.」

「Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent.」

「This apartment is in one of the best locations you could ask for. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee shops, and the lively Fifth Avenue. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and extremely well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing to keep in mind is to request a room at the back of the building. The rooms facing the front, across from Karaoke 44, are extremely noisy until around 2:00 a.m., making it difficult to get a good...

「Perfect location. Right on the corner; with one side, a great street for walking, biking, or getting a taxi, and a beach access street on the other side. Near all the best restaurants and a 3 minute walk to a Selecto grocery store. Just Parallel to 5th avenue. The receptionist, Xanath, was more than helpful in every way. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable, AC was more than adequate, and amenities were great. The rooftop pool was nice. Only two downfalls were no AC in the lobby and...

「Clean room Friendly staff 」

「Gorgeous new Condo/hotel. Ironically, I chose this hotel because it is fairly new and I had read about other hotels having issues with water outages and lo and behold, the water pump went as we were」

「Todo estaba hermoso, pero la cama y las almohadas eran demasiado duras e incómodas」

「Muy bonito lugar todo súper limpio la comunicación con el personal bueno」

「Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed.」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and...
