"Awesome pool"

"Staff was amazing, they put 110% into everything form the minute you arrive to the moment you leave. The best all-inclusive I've stayed at in Mexico. Already planning to return later this year."

"Third floor pool was the only swim up bar. It had a film in the back right corner that we had to constantly stay away from or move to the filter. There was a dead lizard at the bottom of the pool at one point. Not sure how often they clean it. Bali beds are an up charge even afternoon when they haven’t been used and it’s with items (lobster dinner and tequila) that we wouldn’t have wanted. No info given regarding restaurants days open, times or that majority needed reservations at check in. AC broke in room 2x after being moved. Food was delicious. Don’t get a room by the pool- if you want to nap or go to bed early, The stairs hinder housekeeping and in the AM you hear them pulling or pushing carts up or down stairs in the hall. It wasn’t the most relaxing, but we enjoyed it and maneuvered around issues that didn’t work for us to make the best. Overall it was close to 5th Ave- something we’d never done and it was a new experience! Some staff weren’t the friendliest or helpful. Daily entertainment lacked but again gor the mo ey it was a good resort. "

"The hotel doesn't offer much but for the price and location it was great. The room we received was very clean and well equipped. The property was also very clean. The only cons are the bed was a bit hard and the jacuzzi on rooftop was out of order."

"It was a great stay everything was awesome .The customer service was amazing.Such a beautiful experience. The only thing I would improve on is have more day time entertainment down at the beach pool . I found the adult pool was way too hot not refreshing at all so we spend most of our time was at the beach pool the water was refreshing,and great views "

"The only place we ate for 9 days was the buffet. We chose this because the food was always delicious and the staff truly feel like friends. The hotel has wonderful people, is clean and lovely. Thank you for a great experience."

"We stayed on the family side of the resort. The common areas of the hotel, rooms, and pool were all great. All was very clean, and family-friendly. The paths to the beach were easily accessible, and a very peaceful surrounding. Our only complaint was that the food wasnt as good as what we expected. It wasn't horrible, but just not as good as what we would have expected from a resort like this. Also, we added on the Family Concierge package. Some of the perks were nice to have & we did utilize some of them. However, im not sure if we would add it again if we revisited the resort."
