「As a young couple in our 20s on our honeymoon, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was SO nice, the property was so clean, there were activities every day, and the staff were extremely helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. As picky eaters we struggled a little bit when it came to the food at the buffet but the snack bar and other safe options were always available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「Great location in the corazon de Playa. Shops, dining, beach, and local flavor all close by. Chedraui, Mega Soriana, and DAC are a few blocks walk for food and other items. Staff was excellent and attentive. Facilities are cozy and included a full kitchen, laundry, and rooftop area with private grill and hottub (penthouse option). Definitely will return as we prefer the more authentic/local feel to the growing all-inclusive options.」

「The room was clean but shabby chic. There were buttons missing on the chairs and sofa. The sheets were itchy the 1st night and I had them change the whole bedding. After that, the bed was fine. Service was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was better than the burger restaurant on 5th street. 」

「Very friendly staff, and nice rooms. Great location by the beach. Restaurant was under renovation when we visited, but the breakfast offered at nearby Thompson main house was really good. Hotel next door was very noisy, with music from early day to late in the night.」
