I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience:
1. Terrible Noise and Location
The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions
The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and watermarks all over the bathroom. While using the staircase, we noticed the attic was cluttered with piles of bed linens, and the environment there was extremely unhygienic. To make matters worse, on the first night, we woke up with red rashes, likely due to the poor cleanliness of the room.
3. Unhelpful and Dismissive Service
When we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, they dismissed our concerns, claiming the water quality in the area was to blame, which they said was beyond their control. They also stated there were no other rooms available and provided generic, template-like responses that felt entirely unhelpful and robotic. It left us with the impression they didn’t take our concerns seriously.
Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the frustration and discomfort we experienced.
