The cleanliness for being on the family side was impressive. So many kids and kid activities, my 7 yo had a great time. The spa was amazing. The restaurant food wasn’t great but the buffet was great!

Room cleanliness good. Staff needs more connect to the guests. Amenities are just ok compared with other all inclusive resorts. Lack of vibe overall , music can be improved such as louder in pool area so that it bring out the mood of guests when they are enjoying their relaxing time irh drink. Everything was perfect. The only complaint is the pool water temperature was too cold. Also only one area had a railing into the large pool. It was difficult for me and anyone else that has a handicap. The staff were great and very accommodating.

Here’s a more natural, polished version: Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food. Plenty of activities for kids. The beach is awesome—no sargassum or big waves in late November 2025—and there’s lots of shade under the palm trees, plus beach activities included in the room rate. The pools are clean and warm. The resort has a nice design and is beautifully integrated into the jungle.
