Liz, one of the staff at the hotel, was such a great help while checking in! Expedia falsely advertised two different rooms in Playa Del Carmen, but Liz saved our trip and upgraded our room for the false advertising from EXPEDIA!!!!

Overall, this is an amazing property, location, staff. Any issue they resolve with a great attitude. It's not a new luxury hotel by any means, but it is well maintained and cleaned. I will definitely be returning.

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent pool. When we had an issue maintenance was quick to respond. If I had a complaint I'd say we needed more coat hooks but that's just nit-picking.

The roomamd property eas very celan and everyone so friendly. Loved all the greenery around the suites and very private and quiet. We enjoyed the pool area as well We would recommend softer mattresses on the beds. Very hard and a choice between a fat pillow and a thin pillow. We did ask.oir housekeeper for a different one which she foind for us. The washer presssure in the shower was not good nor hot. But other than that we loved it. We appreciated the gallon of drinkable water as well

Wonderful for our family! Had a great time. Location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, town, very walkable. Appreciated the transportation service to and from the airport, well worth it. Be sure to message the hotel on whatsapp at least 2 to 3 days before you go, so the ride can be set up and you can discuss details, it is necessary. One thing to know, the pool outside is not heated, which in the winter season means it was quite chilly so we did not use it. The hot tub was heated and became warm for us by midday, we enjoyed it several times. We understand from speaking to other tourists that this is common in the winter for other pools also. The beds were a bit firmer than we are used to, but we all still got good sleep. Everyone was very kind and helpful, they also accommodated us in English which we appreciated, and things are kept very clean. Adorable towel animals after housekeeping came, our child loved them. It feels like a family place, not a giant resort. It was a very relaxed way to visit the area. Very safe also.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location in Playa del Carmen (right on 5th Avenue). Daily cleaning, large pool in the garden, and the sea less than a 5-minute walk away.
