「Sea tower is a new building very close to 5th Ave and the beach in Playa del Carmen very safe to walk around, close to nice restaurants, room works perfect for us, comfortable,clean and the AC works great. 」

As the room qualities are beautiful and nicely equipped, a free cooked breakfast is good, easy access to the top floor pool and rest area, low numbers of guests and a very very reasonable price, with personalized service for taxis etc., this is a great stay.」

「Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. I think such an employee deserves a higher salary because he really makes...

「Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.」

「The FC junior swim up suite was nice, our concierge Tiara provided lots of nice little surprises for the kids and was great helping us with dinner, spa, and cenote reservations. The kids club was also great and had lots of activities throughout the day. The food was ok and the drinks were also just ok, mostly sugary mixer. Staff were friendly but it was very crowded so sometimes it felt like there werent enough staff to guests during meal times. Our room was very clean and the turn down service...

「Very unique, quiet and quaint adorable place. Very pleased with the service. Attentive. Bungalows very spacious! Very secluded in the beautiful foliage and trees. The only suggestion I would add is to clean leaves out of pool and pool deck daily at the least. We would absolutely stay here again.」

「Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...
