「Great option if you’re staying in the Zazil-Ha location of PDC. I loved my stay here. Person at the front desk 24/7. Rooftop pool and ocean view is tomorrow. I used the gym most days that I was here and loved that I was able to keep up with my workouts. Room has a nice little kitchen; I used the blender provided to make smoothies and juices in the am. 「Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

「Overall great, the staff was excellent! The pool lounger need cushions. It made it difficult to relax by the pool on the hard loungers. The staff overall need to relax, the hotel was pretty empty and they kept track of everything like towels by the pool. The safe died while staying which means my valuables was open when i thought it was locked. They need to check to ensure the safe is charged. Other than that it was a good stay and great location. Breakfast was awesome!」
