「We spent 6 days at Riviera Maya. Our stay was just wonderful. The property was beautiful. Our room was great. Daily housekeeping was a real treat. For the last night we upgraded to a garden suite room which was fantastic. The pool was amazing. It was off season so we had the run of the place! Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was super close to the beach! Amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We will be back!」

Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed.」

「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and...
