「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「We stayed at The Reef 28 for 7 days & loved every minute of it. It's steps away from both 5th Avenue & the public beach. The eating areas, lobby, rooftop & room were clean! The staff was pleasant & very helpful. If you are planning to eat dinner, you have to make a reservation -- breakfast & lunch are open. What is & isn't included in the all-inclusive package will be made clear to you. Just make sure you're playing attention when they give you the tour! We were able to access the sister resorts...
