「Although the staff are nice people they are not properly trained nor management has protocols in place for properly taking care of the guests. The design of the hotel is mediocre at best but there’s nothing that can be done about that. However, other areas that can be improved are also looked over. For example an LED strip that hasn’t worked in ages, lack of outlets on the night stand etc. At the end, my overall impression is that whomever is managing this property has no interest in improvement...

「Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all. The hotel is a few blocks off the ocean but beach activites this time of year are undermined by seaweed infestation. (The seaweed problem is especially bad south of the Cancun hotel strip to Tulum sometimes beginning as early...
