Recommend

Great clean and comfortable and safe new flat. Walking distance to Quinta Ave and grocery stores. Great pool area. There is some noise from the night club until 3 am, but I did not mind. Also construction across the street, so it is not nice to use the balcony. Nevertheless, very nice stay for a great price.

Reason for our non-excellent response is because the elevators were broken for 3 days and had to carry our luggage 5 floors. Also, the lighting and air conditioner in the lobby was not bright/cold enough.
