"We had a wonderful experience. It was unfortunate that beach was in the condition that it was. But the staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet was mediocre but the restaurant, room service and pool restaurants were very good. Would recommend! "

The food was great! Asiana & Rincon Mexican were our favs! The staff goes above & beyond! Reyes the bartender was our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Find him — you will not be sorry! The pools were a little chilly but great vibes around them & when the sun is shining they feel good! Yummy drinks! The beach was beautiful! The staff & service is phenomenal! The location of the resort is perfect — just steps away from 5th Ave & blocks away from the ferry to Cozumel! All good things!! Can’t wait to go back!! "

"Very clean room, we had a junior suite. Bathroom door is a shuttered door, not a solid door. There were no wash cloths. Only 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. These are minor issues. We were next to our pool. Our room didn’t look over the pool or ocean but it is a quiet resort. Staff are wonderful and food was great. Many different restaurants to choose from. You need to book specialty restaurants 1-3 days ahead. But still all inclusive. It was a great vacation."

We were in the Privilege section in a swim out room.
We really enjoyed the Privilege lounge open from 7 am - 11 pm where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
