    Close to everything you need. Excellent restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. A little loud as it's right on 5th Avenue but we got used to it.

    great affordable spot right in the heart of downtown playa at a great price. basically, like apartments with kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. If you're looking for pools or any of that look elsewhere but if you're looking for a nice spacious place to stay where you can walk outside and be right at 5th avenue downtown this is a great choice. very secure as well and the staff is super friendly.

    Host Yuji was amazing she got things we needed with no problems. When we arrived to pay I had to use all my cash to pay as they told me online and by phone I could pay with card but she had no terminal to do a card transaction. There was a super loud banging noise continuously the entire 6 days we were there never knew what it was like a furnace or some sort of appliance. Second day power went out over 8 hours the entire block so not their fault. But then the power went out EVERY DAY for 30 mins or more at a time and never knew when it was always random at least 3-5 times a day wasn’t sure if that was the area or just the hotel at that point so I hated that. Showers were never hot or even warm water for that matter at all the beach water was warmer SMH. Could not walk out the front door without getting harassed about a taxi service or buying from the store next door. Super convenient as it’s near all we wanted to do but I would rather stay at a resort and just visit 5th Avenue to shop for a short time. All excursions that included shuttle would not pick up from this hotel we had to walk to other hotels for transportation so think about that before staying here. Stayed 11/12/2024-11/18/2024

    The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. There are apts in the back which may be a bit quieter. The double glazed windows did help a lot and after my second night I just fell asleep with the beats. Everything is close by Beach 5 min, shopping at your door, Walmart 15 min walk and Chedrauin 10 min. There is a self serve laundry 5 min up Calle 20 at 10. Will stay again.

    Everything is good except there is no parking lot. If you drive your own car, be prepared to pay for metered parking.

    Super option. Immeuble rustique, confortable, propre et très bien situé. Yuyi est une hôtesse exceptionnelle. C’est le rayon de soleil de cette résidence; elle est souriante, serviable, flexible, agréable, arrangeante. C’est un amour de personne. Je recommande cette option.
