Stay away

The hotel cancelled our reservation on the afternoon we were to check in, leaving us with nowhere to stay for the night. terrible! We are not allowed to check in before 3pm which is normal but when we called the hotel just before 6pm to tell them we’d be arriving about 8pm they told us they had cancelled our reservation at 4pm because we had not paid ahead of time and had not told them we would be arriving “late”. I’ve booked many hotels over the years and never had one cancel my reservation because we had not shown up by 4pm. Crazy stupid. Do not book this hotel. Stay away.
