「My daughter and I stayed here on our way to Isla Mujeres. The ferry is right across the street, so that was very convenient. There is an Oxxo right around the corner. For dinner we Ubered to the hotel zone and were able to shop in the small mercado. As far as the room, it was very modern, and comfortable. The balcony was nice and quiet for my morning coffee. But wait- the pool on the roof is absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it. 」

「No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . Terminamos Pagando 2 habitaciones privadas en un hotel , donde nos recibieron y nos trataron excelente. Maby next time 」

「Relación precio-calidad está muy bien. La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia. Está bien ubicado. El único detalle es que no hay estacionamiento, aunque nosotros logramos estacionarnos en la acera de enfrente 」

「Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. 」

「Muy cómodo y el trato amable y cordial 」

「Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

「Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! 」
