"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"La ubicación está muy bien la playa 🏝️ está abajo de los condominios pero los Condominios son Viejos no son como los mira uno en la página Website las Toallas están viejas y rotas los baños les faltan muchos arreglos las puertas están sucias y en mal estado la agarradera de la puerta necesitan cambiarla no hay seguridad para los huéspedes las cortinas están rotas y faltan muchos detalles y adornos para que se mire bien el Condominio porque más bien parece un Apartamento en malas condiciones...

"We did the Xhale oceanfront swimout and the only disappointment was that we had the big lifeguard beach chair obstructing our perfect view but not a deal breaker. Alicia from concierge pre-arrival helped create my Vision to celebrate my partner‘s 50th birthday, she even worked on getting me the Giant “50” balloons and confetti popper. Overall the place is beautiful but a little older than Breathless Sole in Cancun which we stayed at last year and was absolutely AMAZING. The French & Mexican restaurants were on-point. We did room service twice and also had breakfast at The buffet ands there was great food options and flavor. Throughout the hotel, staff was very friendly and attentive. Edwin & Roger from the Xhale pool took great care of us. We did the Hydro Therapy and a couples massage which was really good. The Xhale lounge team are great and top shelf liquors is available there! We only drank Don Julio and no headaches. Overall, from 1-10, with 10 being highest, I would give them a 7. Why- The property just needs a little love. The floor of all the pools including our swimout needs to be re-cemented and the AC in our room leaked. Would we go again - sure but I would stay next door a Secrets to enjoy a little more quiet time instead of the party mode, They do make an effort to maintain the beach which is a bonus because the seaweed can be annoying. Be sure to get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise on the beach. Cheers!"

"Great hotel and staff. Food was generally good at the hotel restaurants but the buffet in the evening was a major let down. Due to the hot weather the beach was full of seaweed and that caused an unpleasant smell. I had 3 rooms booked and all had inconsistent amenities provided where one came with dressing robes the others didn’t; one didn’t have a properly functioning fridge; one didn’t have complementary creams. The housekeeping was very inconsistent - they would come to clean some days and not others and at differing times each day starting at 9am up to 8pm in some cases. My son celebrated his 8th birthday and we hired the vip area which was good. Stores on site are extremely overpriced. Use uber to get to local shops for anything you need. Overall we had a pleasant stay but perhaps would consider a different hotel next time."

"Beautiful place, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant was closed, the pool was great! This hotel is more for a relaxing stay with delicious food. Great for adults and teens, our ambassador Mariel was wonderful and helpful!"

"It started out rocky with some little rudeness of front desk staff member, where she checked in our other 3 rooms and told us that she can’t check us in because it’s not check in time yet (30 min early) then no one told us what to do till check in time and expect us to just stand there in the lobby while being confused, and another situation where a family member fell. But the general manager was so nice and explained everything and the rest of the stay was wonderful"
