「Overall, a great experience and stay in Cancun! The staff are amazing, especially Santiago and Rubi (who makes amazing tacos). The room was very nice, although the jacuzzi tub creaked heavily on one side when filled so we decided against using it, and there were two small spots of mold in the shower area. The pools were very nice and clean as with all the restaurants and bars. Like I said, overall great experience and would stay here again, just some lackluster spots in the room.」

「Had a great stay.」

「舒适、安全、服务周全。需要改进的：wifi 覆盖」

「It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal」

「The staff so kind and nice」

「Recuerda cambiar al chef cocina más salado que mi abuelita , espero que el chef tenga el poder de comer su comida.」

「感觉很」

「Nice clean rooms and properties. Food was very good. Great poolside service. Staff was very helpful. We went in October and it was never a problem to get loungers at the pool or beach」

「This is a small, beachside hotel. Very cute, it was clean and staff was so nice. They have a great restaurant downstairs.」

「El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos」

「Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Good air con.」

「Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo.」

「This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

「The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.」

「Just one word I would never stay in this hotel ever, not reccomended. No wifi no hot water」
