「It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 」

I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

「Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. 「We did enjoy the staff, the people working at the resort very kind. The resort however, was not great. The food was horrible. Every restaurant had issues. Some restaurants had a sewage type smell when you first walk in. The wait for food at the restaurants 40 minutes minimum. The restaurants were out of food in the food that did come out was tough parentheses steak, and just not good. The staff gave us a bottle of wine and a dessert as a apology for how the property have been letting us down,...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception.
