「Most of the hotel staff dont speak english at all so it was frustrating as hell the buffet area had a terrible smell and the food was not good very average for a 5 star. I will never ever return to a Royalton dont care where it is they all about upselling. 「We had to change our coffee maker in our room twice because it was not brewing hot but cold. It was easier to order a pot of coffee from room service. Room was always cleaned and was surprised that they have an afternoon towel service and maintenance as well. Very impressive Staff was excellent and catered to all my needs. Pool was ok. Only complain was the finish of the pool was too rough and hurts the back if you lean on it (especially with a sunburn) or your swim suit may get snagged...
