「We had a wonderful vacation, and our stay at Porto Blu was a key feature. The property is lovely, and the experience with the staff was top-notch. I would highly recommend this property. 」

「Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. 」

「Beach right in back. Very friendly and helpful staff. For those reviews mentioning stained sheets....if you have ever had an old dryer then you would know its just burn spots. This town is very charming and peaceful. 」

「Great beachfront hotel, walking distance to many amenities. Real negative was the wifi though. Basically didn’t have any.」

「Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

「The resort was mostly quiet and not overly crowded while I was there, which I appreciated. However, they were very pushy about the Hyatt Unlimited Club even after being told no multiple times. It basically felt like being pressured into a prepaid timeshare presentation when most people are just trying to enjoy their vacation — especially while traveling with a toddler and in this economy. I also felt like some amenities weren’t properly explained or met, such as the free bag and room service...

「It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 」

「The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.」

「It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. 」
