It was really nice. I traveled with my young children alone, and felt safe and secure. All the staff were super friendly. Its small enough to be able to have eyes on your kiddos at all time, and but big enough to always have plenty of space to swim and play. The food was okay.. The spa was amazing. Kids club is great. Overall, a great place.

My husband and I brought our kids, 9 months and almost 3, for a 5-night stay, and it was everything we could have asked for and more. The food and drinks were incredible (the Valladolid Eggs on the room service menu are OUT OF THIS WORLD), we were thrilled with the service, and our private pool on our main floor suite was perfect for our needs. We feel like we got so much bang for our buck here and are already planning to return with extended family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best quality food at an all-inclusive that I have experienced. Also, good quality / premium alcohol selection and cocktails included. Service was uniformly excellent, friendly and efficient. 3rd trip here for a reason. Staff is amazing. If you are looking to just relax for 3-5-7 days then this is heaven on earth. If you are looking to ho shopping everyday or “explore” the town you may be disappointed (even though golf/town/shopping are only a short Uber ride away). Laid back as can be with the greatest service team i have ever been around I have traveled for work for 20 years and put them on par with any Waldorf or Ritz property in terms of service excellence. Never a huge line anywhere…including pool bar. Cant wait to go back. Truly an exceptional experience every time.

Our second time here and it was even better than the first. The food was always top notch. The ladies in Kids Club treated our daughter so well. The staff are always willing to go an extra mile to make your stay the best.

Room and grounds were spotless and well kept. The service was wonderful and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was not incredible but fine. They could use more options for restaurants/cafes/etc. Overall, excited we found a quiet getaway that let us relax.
