「We had an excellent time at the resort. The property was well maintained. The food was good a special shout out to Oswaldo with the activity team and Amable with the wait staff at the pool. Raquel in the coffee shop. They were all very attentive during our stay. I will definitely return to the Excellence.」

「place is huge, had to find our room on our own. People who worked there had no idea about anything other than there station. Was told towels run out at 5pm and pool is open till 7pm. The is round and has seats all around, bar tender says everyone had to make a line one side then proceeds to skip. Barely had an ocean view. Jacuzzi in room had yellow brown stains all over. food was absolutely terrible. there was a 2-3 staff members that were actually good. everyone else seemed lazy and not...

The food at Kuhal was excellent and the service was over the top. The cooking experience with the head chef was amazing and such a wonderful experience.」

「La verdad es un hotel bonito, senti que hace falta mas personal en areas de restaurante y areas de alberca. Habitaciones bonitas, cómodas. Lo único malo es que el plan todo incluido termina a las 12 del dia, hora que debes de entregar la habitación, te dan la opción de quedarte mas tiempo ya sea pagando LCO o como daypass. Posiblemente podria volver a hospedarme otra vez en el hotel.」
