Staff keep Ventus Ha, Ventus and El Cid impeccable. The grounds are kept in great shape, pool is always staffed and provide helpful safety instructions. Our family really enjoyed the cliff jumping and the many pools. We had a great time watching all the wildlife, enjoying delicious food and incredible service from the many waiters, David and Gregorio stand out in our minds but there were many other attentive servers.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Ventus Ha to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This resort was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were pristine and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

The perfect hotel to stay for our first all-inclusive trip! There were several food options, staff are all nice and accommodating. We always look forward to the evening activities and shows. The property and staff is amazing. ALL the restaurants serve great food and each has its own vibe. Delores was our favorite with all the different stations they have. The pools were all great and the big hot tubs felt great to relax in. The adults only bar was very enjoyable. Our child loved the kids club and the kids club staff kept us well informed of the activities for the day.
