"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months."

"We had a wonderful vacation! There are a few aspects that were quit upsetting. After check in I was approached by a very nice lady who was simply doing her job. She was selling a promo for different adventures they offer. In exchange for a breakfast presentation for 1.5 hours. We were ready to get to our room and relax after a long travel day. Did not want to arrive to a sales pitch. Also the water park and lazy river both close too early for kids on vacation. I made dinner reservation upon arrival only available times were 8 & 8:30 for all 3 nights. I double checked my reservation before we left the resort that morning and it said 20:30 when we arrived at the restaurant we were told the reservation was for 6:30 and they could not seat us. Wish I would have had a screenshot. We were able to go to the buffet but we were really looking forward to the steakhouse. The employees were very nice!"

"We stayed a week, 2 rooms a family of 6, kids ranging in age from 14-20. The entertainment staff is great. They try to engage the crowd at the pool . The night entertainment was good too with the shows offered nightly . the reservation system is awful. Reservations are only made same day, the food wasn’t great. We only liked the hibachi restaurant. Same food offered every day at the buffet. The grounds are kept clean but we prefer an all inclusive with more nightlife and a variety of food. We will not be returning and have gotten a lot better amenities for the same money at other resorts ."

"Prior to booking I had issues with getting conflicting payments for ocean front room as I had been recovering from cancer and cannot walk too far to the beach. I talk to the manager once I got there and I was sad because they would not answer their phone prior to the trip and I would always go to voicemai the manager fixed everything for me and checked on me every day and make sure my trip was flawless. I feel so rested and recovered thanks to the empathy of the manager Magali. She made sure she contacted me every day to make sure everything was OK and even saw me when I left to go back to Dallas. The hotel is so clean and beautiful and lots to do the ocean was great the cabana was my best part and the food was amazing at every restaurant that we tried. The staff was amazing as well. Best Trip I've ever taken"
