"The pools were very nice but the water needs to be fuller so that it reaches the pool filters to help keep it clean. Also water needs to be full so that it goes over the infinity areas. They need a falconer to help keep away all the birds such as seagulls and pigeons as there is to many of them. We shared this idea with Gerardo which was a lovely gentleman who worked there :) on your steep steps up to the lounge area you might wanna add railings in the middle to help with the more mature people who need the stability. Over all this was a lovely place to stay. "

"The hotel feels very outdated and in need of upgrades. There was little to no staff attending the pool area, which made it inconvenient and less enjoyable. The food options were limited, and it seemed like there were extra charges for almost everything. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations."

"Fantastic resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and pleasant. Everything was extremely clean. The hotel is smaller, making it easier to navigate and get from one place to the other with ease. Our group will be returning to this resort. Fantastic!"

"ROOM: I had an ocean view junior suite on the fifth floor. It was spacious. This area of the resort can be loud in the evening (it's right by the performance area), but events end around 23:00. My friends in the other side didn't hear the loud music, so request for that area if you're an early sleeper. Housekeeping is on-point. There's no bubble bath for the tub avail in the room. FOOD/DRINKS: I was pleased with the buffet choices. Specialty restaurants were also very good. Service was fantastic. Lounge Bar was quiet, but nice bartenders. Coffee shop pastries were stale, coffee wasn't bad. GYM & SPA: Gym felt small & can get busy in the morning, but it's ample for what you need in a vacation. No barbells. Spa was clean, & staff was nice & attentive. You can book a time to use the indoor heated pool & the steam room for no fee. The indoor heated pool wasn't warm enough, but no biggie. I do wish they had a jacuzzi. I booked a pedicure with scrub & foot massage. The staff are very sweet but I wouldn't recommend the service if you want a stellar massage. The pedicure hurt a bit. POOLS & BEACH: I always used the pool in the far left, it's calmer. Nice that they always had activities in the pool next to it. The pool with a swim up bar was always busy, but it seemed like a nice social area. Elite Club area looked boring, but go for it if you want exclusivity. The beach had a lot of seaweed, but what can you do about that. OVERALL: I was most impressed with the service! 😄"
