「Was disappointed in the quality of the room. The pics online didn't provide an accurate view of what I thought I would get. We didn't get fresh towels and there was only one washcloth, that never got replaced. There were two of us in the room. Also, I had reserved a king bed but got two full sized beds. The food was not great - lacked flavor. 」

「This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...
