"The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were well-kept up. The staff made the resort much more hospitable. It was the off season so very quiet, but peaceful. There were some time share vibes at times, and I think I have a few suggestions, like letting Ubers come up the big hill, or offer golf carts down to the drop off. The people running the pool games were fun. And breakfast was tasty. The room was updated recently so fresh, clean, and very nice with a spacious balcony."

"From the start of our trip Itamar and Rodrigo were so helpful getting us settled in our room. They checked on us everyday and took care of all our dinner reservations. Staff were super nice and room was cleaned everyday. Swim up bar was great and transportation from and to other facilities were easy and comfortable. Great place to stay and for sure we will be back!"

"We have been coming here for the last 12 years. Nice smaller resort , right on the swimmable Medano beach. 2 open air restaurants with views of the beach and good food options. Not fancy rooms, but clean and spacious and have everything you need. Friendly staff , hard working to keep the resort clean."
