"Everything was beautiful! I was disappointed with our room, because it would always smell like food. We were directly above some sort of kitchen fan. In the pool area the staff would often close the umbrella’s (98 degrees) because of the wind which really was not that bad."

"The hotel location is good and quality of food is really good. Some member's of the staff are doing really well, congratulations to Carmen, Pedro, Sylvana, Carlos, Johan, Cesar. But service could be better, for instance the waiting time at the main bar and 12 tribes restaurant takes too long some times. The hotel needs a full renovation including the gym. But the hotel rooms are in good condition."
