"Best resort ever, highly recommend!!!! Originally I was a little worried because they only have 3 water slides but there is so much to do that you don’t even notice and the slides are actually really fun and they don’t have 5 million stairs to walk up or long lines. Manny our personal assistant was amazing and his assistance made our stay even better"

"We just spent five incredible nights at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and loved every moment. Every staff member we met greeted us warmly, always with a hand over their heart — such an endearing touch. Special thanks to Xochitl at the front desk, Elias & Alfredo at the bikini bar, David & Graciela at sushi, Martha at the Peninsula, Danny, Andrea & Keily at Arzal Steak Restaurant, Sara & David at the Italian restaurant, Nelsin at Blu, and Eduardo & Ramon for our unforgettable beachside dinner. The food was outstanding across the board — highlights included the steak and lobster beach dinner, the ribeye steak at Arzal, and the house-made gnocchi at the Italian restaurant. None of the restaurants required reservations and we never had too wait long for a table. We booked the Double beds with Ocean View which did not disappoint. Be sure to request a high floor to get the best views - we were on the 5th floor! We had a small balcony which was great to have morning coffee looking at the ocean. Small swimmable beaches were fun and cooler than the pools which were warm, but both had very attentive service. Overall, a truly spoiling stay — highly recommend a visit!"

"Even in the so called “off-season” the staff were just as attentive as if they had a full house. We saw how they cared for every corner of the resort keeping it impeccable, from painting small scuffs daily to personnel cleaning the pool at 9pm daily. Our Jr Suite was perfect, met all our needs, and was tended to daily (even if we chose to not need towels changed that frequently). Pool/beach towels provided and can also be changed daily. The roped off beach front area with chairs and umbrella was super convenient and a safe place to leave items even when taking long walks down the beach or taxi boats to surrounding spots. The staff at the beach were attentive and ready to bring fresh food and drinks at a moment’s notice. A particular thanks to Carlos of the beach staff who was nothing short of kind, helpful, thoughtful, and generous. Resort staff were all excellent and a particular thanks to concierge Giovanni who made some recommendations for excursions which really matched our personal style and choices, resulting in one of the best days off-resort. Also the evening valet who quickly and easily retrieved a much needed item from our parked car late one evening. The quality of food, both at the resort and at nearby restaurants was fantastic; just when we thought we couldn’t eat a better meal, we would yet again find something even more delicious! A shout out to La Lupitas for the ultimate taco experience. Even with the cruise ships affecting the quiet waters, we loved it!"
