"We just got back from our trip last week and it was enjoyable minus a few things. We didn't realize that it was type of resort that sells memberships and the salespeople are relentless...from the moment we got there. We just wanted to go to our room! The next day we were just looking at the spa information and were approached again by another salesperson. It seriously was overwhelming. I accidently broke a plastic cup in the gift shop and the woman treated me like I was a criminal. The best parts...the room was incredibly clean and air conditioned. The front desk staff were so helpful with check in and check out. Arturo was very helpful with our luggage on our way out. Juan at the Rocco bar was so friendly. Abel at the coffee shop was the best!!! All of the staff at Don Diego's was so incredibly nice. The entertainment staff was over the top incredible and fun. I loved playing bingo in the pool and watching the dancers in the evening. Overall, minus the salespeople we had a good time and would go back but I wouldn't do the membership. It felt like back in the day when people were selling timeshares. I do miss those donuts and the iced americano from the coffee shop. I will dream about them!!!"

"Beautiful property and very clean. Although we did see insects here and there overall the crew was consistently cleaning whether it was the pool area, bathrooms, hallways, stairways, the gyms the rooms. I am happy with our choice to stay here. The staff was friendly and willing to help make for a better experience. On the beach we had Crystal as our server and she was so kind, upbeat, did I mention kind - just overall lovely. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Other meals are just ok. We did try “Sunset Monalisa” about 15-25 minutes from the resort - we highly recommend the experience. The food is delicious. Just remember to book in advance for a good reservation time. The marina is a close walk from this resort, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. We met with the professionals at “Cabo Adventures” for Cabo Arch tour & snorkeling I highly recommend Los Cabos Mexico for a quality vacation"

"This resort is advertised as all-inclusive, but remember that you may still have to pay extra for certain things. Some food and services are not included, so you will have additional out-of-pocket expenses. They will also ask you to participate in their timeshare presentation. In my experience, they can be very pushy and rude if you decide not to buy. One person in particular, named Fatima, was extremely rude and did not even give us a chance to think about our decision. She pressured us to make a decision right away."

"Everything was amazing but we went to Cactus Tours and it was horrible service, a scam. Also Cabo dolphins wanted to charge 400 dollars for some digital pictures ?? Those activities had very bad service and it was a scam. However, report was beautiful and service was very welcoming and fantastic. My family loved it."
