Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I literally never leave reviews but this one was very necessary. For context I am a 40 yr old blk woman. The hotel is really nice and clean and all the food in every restaurant was good even the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. You don’t have to make reservations for dinner and every restaurant was easy to get into to eat. What I really liked is that, they understand you are on vacation so all the dinner restaurants ask was for you to not be wet or in beach wear but at least you didn’t have to be dressed up or follow a super strict dress code. The pool was so clean and fun. If u want more of a quiet time at the pool go early in the morning up until about 3pm. Around 330pm a dj come and play music and Games are played too-very fun. All the RUI pool parties are at the RUI Santa Fe right next door. You can walk over in 2minutes and walk back when you are done. The hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the night life. An uber to the club is around $6 and later to get home it’s about $8-$10. The hotel also had entertainment every night until about 11pm. Everybody at the hotel was nice and my room was cleaned everyday. I had a great time and plan to return annually."

"We stayed here with our two children and had a really nice, relaxing stay. We requested a room close to the pool and beach before arrival and they were able to accommodate our request, which made things much easier for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean and spacious. There were a lot of food options overall, although I wish there had been a little more variety. Most of the food we tried was good. We really liked the pools. The water temperature was comfortable for the kids—not too cold or too warm—and having multiple pools was nice because it didn’t feel too crowded. The beach was also very easy to get to. Unfortunately, it was quite windy while we were there and the waves were strong, so we weren’t able to swim in the ocean. The one thing I would say is that there aren’t a lot of activities for a 9-year-old, so it might get a little boring if you’re staying for a longer time, I think having more activities for older children would make it even better. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with young children."

"Unbelievably wonderful stay. Staff is caring and alternative, going out of their way to take care of you. the property is exceptionally clean, The restaurants are all very well thought out and their menus are outstanding. The pools are unbelievably well kept up, made for families or individuals depending on your need. The poolside waiters are ready to fill your drink or food requests in a timely and professional manner I would recommend The Sandos Finisterra if you are looking for a truly remarkable all-inclusive resort experience"

"Once we arrived, they were very helpful with our bags and telling us what to do next. Staff was always asking if we needed anything. Always greeting us when we pass them. Would definitely recommend this property. Especially loved the part that you don’t need reservations for the restaurants. The pools were very relaxing every area had a different vibe and staff would come up asking if you want food or drinks. Always very accommodating."
