"Shower was cool and AC was warm. Elevator was out so we had to use stairs for five flights to do anything. Not a problem as we enjoy exercise, however, carrying 50lbs bags up the stairs was less than enjoyable. Staff was wonderful as well as entertainment."

"Honestly, the food was great! Staff was great! Resort was beautiful and clean! Drinks tasted good too! Had a great trip, thanks so much RIU :) Dany at the front desk check-in was a beauty.. Such a nice guy and helped us tremendously with a few minor hiccups (not RIU’s fault)."

"Great place for the cheaper side of Cabo. Staff is great, security is easy on you if you see them. Everything is clean. Amenities are expensive but so is everything over there. Food is repetitive through all 3 restaurants; so be aware: the bar food is the same, the $20 nachos are $40 on the beach side restaurant."

"We have been coming here for the last 12 years. Nice smaller resort , right on the swimmable Medano beach. 2 open air restaurants with views of the beach and good food options. Not fancy rooms, but clean and spacious and have everything you need. Friendly staff , hard working to keep the resort clean."

"Very nice resort, great staff and nice rooms. 2 restaurants were closed when we were there, and the tile around the pool was not in great shape, but other than that, it is a beautiful property. The Mexican restaurant has a very unusual menu. We couldn't find anything "normal" from an American perspective to order and what we did order wasn't great. The steakhouse was AMAZINGly delicious and the italian restaurant has a great atmosphere. Overall great stay."

"What did you like or what was unique about the property? I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially loved the food at the restaurants—the quality and variety were excellent. The service was another highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the pool area. It was beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to spend time during the day. Overall, the property provided a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. What didn't you like? There were a few things that could be improved. The excursions were much farther away from the property than we expected, and we were not informed about the distance before booking. Having that information in advance would have helped us make a better decision about which excursions to choose. The lighting controls in the room were also overly complicated. Even our butler had difficulty figuring out how to operate some of the light switches, so they could definitely be made more user-friendly. Finally, the television was not working properly on our last day, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the excellent service, food, room, and pool area."
