"This property is beautiful and very peaceful a great place to unwind.
Pros:
Service is Amazing, really Amazing! From our host David checking in each day, to the pool staff and even the lifeguards. They greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed from prompt drink/food and even adjusting umbrellas to make sure we stayed in the shade.
The overall property is stunning, pool area, lobby and common areas are well maintained. As expected, the food was amazing from room service to Nobu Restaurant.
Cons:
Rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear.
Crack in mirror, marks on floor, basket in bathroom was torn, cigarette burn marks on cushions on patio, stains on towels. Bed was not as comfortable as expected. We were slightly disappointed in our room. We were given a handicap accessible room which was ok except the shower had no enclosure and every time we showered it got the entire bathroom wet.
Normally the room is not that important, but since our plans were to just relax, we wanted a really nice room to so.
Ice is only available through room service and twice we had to call to remind them to bring it. (This is small, but we love ice and would have loved to be able to grab as we needed)
There are no options to be able to get food in the evenings or even coffee accept having a dinning reservation or room service. There is a cafe that has amazing pastries, coffee, sandwiches and ice cream but closes at 6pm."
