「We pretty much liked everything. Great location, views of both the city/marina and the Pacific. Could use more and comfortable bar stools in the Lobby bar. Need more bar stools in Whale Watchers bar. No bathrooms close to the Lobby. Food was pretty good with various options except for the hamburgers. The staff was excellent.」

「We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!」

We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. 「From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!」

「Extremely disappointed. Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had in a while. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was a mistake. They don’t advise you beforehand that the actual property is a mile and a half away from the main gate and that they don’t allow Ubers into the property nor do they offer a ride to the main gate (despite being a golf resort). It forces you to pay a taxi through them which costs about $50usd to get anywhere since the property is so isolated from everything. We...

「Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience.
