We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and very nice enjoyable with view. Beautiful water features and walkways especially at night. The pool areas didn’t have loud music which we enjoyed. The service was impeccable!

The design of this hotel was absolutely unique to other luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. Using water features instead of landscaping made the whole stay feel more unique, and the first floor suite was gorgeous. All the employees were friendly and super attentive and helpful, and the personal concierge service was excellent and quickly responsive. Only small suggestion would be to have more pool chairs available, but it’s really a gorgeous property and a great stay.

Viceroy is a beautiful architect designed hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful, our room was superior with king bed, couch and dining area. We enjoyed the plunge pool. Lunch at the beach was amazing, very fresh ingredients. Only FYI is if you need an uber, you have meet them at street level.

Victor/jacob team were wonderful. Kept in touch with us by text, victor came to the room to meet us. Jacob went to our room to check on the tv. They were warm and friendly and easy to talk to!! The room was very nice but needed hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful
