The property itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. Our room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 queen beds, a kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms, and a stunning view. The staff was also all so kind and helpful. We loved the staff and they made our experience even greater.

Man oh man. This was one of the best resort stays I've ever had. The service was impeccable, the architecture was beyond unique, food was superb, so many different activities in and around the property. Very clean rooms. I would 100% come back. I love it!

Breakfast options were limited, so it was a little disappointing ,the Mexican restaurant had good food, roof top ambiance was mind boggling, our one bedroom suite was amazing , very clean and they had great room service and turn down service , butler assigned to us was on top of their game .

The Viceroy property and entire staff were excellent. We appreciated Esperanza at the front desk; Fernando, Javier, Ramon, Ricardo at concierge and bell desk; Brenda and Daniela at Kids Club. Service at pools and restaurants were also excellent. The location was great, as many restaurants and experiences were walkable.

The property and rooms were very clean. All the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Alexis was my amazing host and he made the experience very special. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. I would stay here again.
