The room was excellent! The Staff was uber freindly. A very enjoyable stay and would be a choice to stay again. The food was very good, ate a lot. The view from the room was awe inspiring. I wish we were more clearly informed of the amenities, where they were, how to get to them and what they presented, but the emphasis seemed to be on a club membership.

We overall enjoyed our stay, best thing was the staff! The food and rooms were fine for all inclusive. The biggest issue we had was the noise in the night (staff cleaning the hallways, room doors slamming, etc) as the noise carries very easily in the hallways.

Property overall has clean and our beachfront room was great- view was perfect. We were on the 4th floor and unfortunately the elevators were not working on that end of the building so had to hoof it up 4 floors numerous times or walk to the interior of the property to get elevator and walk back toward beach... also the food was very mediocre. Breakfast buffet had very limited breakfast items and service was terrible. Obviously needed more staff. Other restaurants were very blah, service was better tho. Best food was at the pool bar/buffet. Spa was not open but they did our massage in the penthouse suite- living room. Good massage but the open space made it weird ambience.

There was a lot that didn’t go well. Some of the staff was great while some were not. The restaurant situation was the worst parr. The one place we wanted to eat was closed for the whole weekend. Opening the day after we left.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was great and staff was very friendly. The set up with the dinners in the separate restaurants was not clear. We were told there we got one choice for one night at one of the restaurants. We did enjoy the buffets and entertainment. We did not know we would be pushed to do the membership presentation but it was dropped after my wife adamantly said we were not interested.

We loved our view. we had a front beach room. It was great having an all inclusive. At the time that we went the hotel was not crowed and the weather was good. The beach is very clean, we felt save. The hotel was always clean too.

Christmas 2025 was a great day. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is always clean, but they need to improve the lighting in the bathrooms and the water pressure wasn’t that great. I would give the food at the lunch and dinner buffet at three star. It was just OK. Same with breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They’re awesome.
