The hotel was beautiful; the room décor and beds were excellent, the views from the pools and restaurants were magnificent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. It was easy to Uber to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo where the cuisine, shopping, and nightlife were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hilton Los Cabos.

Everything was great except upon arrival the staff was not very helpful. We extended our vacation from another location and only needed one night stay. We arrived early and bc of the rain none of the bars were open for drinks or snacks. When we asked to be directed no one seemed to know where anything was at. Also, we waited till 3pm for our room but when we went to ask if my room was ready, they said it had been ready since 12pm. I never received a phone call to let me know if was ready like the said they would. Once we got our Room it was ok.

Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made break created to allow for swimming. We ate at Vela, Lena, Mio and got coffee and pastries from Arcos. All solid. Got a massage and used the spa facilities - it’s a must. The staff was great, Ismael, Edson and everyone else at the property were great.

My husband and I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff, the pool, and the breathtaking views were incredible. We especially enjoyed the amazing swimming beaches — they were fantastic! We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to come back soon!

Everything was wonderful; staff were helpful and so kind. Room was so well taken care of. The grounds were beautiful and perfectly cared for. The setting was gorgeous.

The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Food is amazing but a bit expensive, definitely worth it though. Would recommending getting the breakfast included, it’s well worth it.

Room is clean, front desk staff Liz is super nice, the bell boy is great and offered us popsicles. The resort is super nice and the view and beach is wonderful!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great. We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. It was a bigger property than we're used to, so that could be some of the reason it lacks a more intimate approach. The interior could use a bit of updating and the pool area seemed cramped. Our kids loved the ocean cove and looking for creatures by the rocks, so having lounge chairs closer to that direction would be so nice! While the beach is deemed swimmable, there are still big waves and heavy undertow at times. We would recommend it to families looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo in comparison to rates of other hotels!
