Could not beat the room view but everything else was just decent. Pictures & description online are deceitful. If it wasn't for the Concierge team i would have given a lower review. Buffet was small didnt even offer sausage or bacon for breakfast. Buffet Never open for dinner and take a bite never had food except some tiny pastries had to pay extra for Gelato. Ice machines broken no paper towels in public restrooms. The restaurants food was bland, service slow and food always luke warm. Umbrellas not available at beach only pool side. Resort was basic its as if they tried but missed the mark with everything

We stayed at the Krystal Grand last week, it was amazing. We booked the Altitude package and it was so worth it. Joel our butler was so helpful, he made our whole experience so easy and wonderful, coordinating dinners, sharing information on activities and arranging amenities. The rooms were a good size with great views and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the resort were all amazing, offering great customer service. We only went to the adult pool and could get loungers no problem. However the loungers could use an upgrade, the cushions were a bit uncomfortable. The restaurants at the hotel were also great, we didn’t have a single bad meal. Breakfast at The Grill was our favourite. Overall, this is a great hotel with wonderful staff and we would stay there again!

I booked this resort three months in advance for my birthday getaway and also coordinated accommodations for my four cousins, so I was extremely disappointed when the room I originally selected was not available upon arrival. I specifically paid for an ocean-side view with a king-size bed, but instead my only options were either a king bed facing the inside of the resort or a double-bed ocean view located above the restaurant with an obstructed view. This resort was chosen based on the online reviews and photos, but the actual experience did not match the expectations that were advertised. The property appeared unkept in several areas, and the restaurant and food options were very limited for a resort stay. There were also maintenance and room assignment issues during our visit. The toilet in my bathroom leaked throughout the stay, and another reservation in our group specifically requested double beds for four people but was instead given two rooms with king-size beds, creating a very uncomfortable arrangement. The one bright spot of this experience was our butler, Armando. Armando went above and beyond to assist us, address concerns, and help salvage what could have been a completely ruined birthday trip. His professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness were truly appreciated and made the biggest difference during our stay. Unfortunately, because of the overall condition of the resort, the room issues, and the lack of proper accommodations, I would not recommend .

Definitivamente la diferencia la hacen los empleados quienes tienen un compromiso real con el cliente, siempre y a toda hora la disposición de servicio está en sus prioridades. Especial mención para Adrián (front desk) quien atinadamente nos consiguió un upgrade a Ocean Front Private Pool a un precio atractivo, lo cual, hizo completamente diferente nuestra estancia al estar en una habitación perfecta. Así mismo el servicio del Concierge Gabriel fue implacable disposición total a cualquier hora y para cualquier tema, desde enviar café a la habitación hasta servicios de tour. Esta clase de personal merecen ser promovidos pues representan el corazón del hotel y gracias a ellos unas vacaciones pueden convertirse en recuerdos perfectos para toda la familia. La propiedad tiene sus años, pero en general está en buenas condiciones, definitivamente tienen que cambiar los sofás cama de la habitación, no se puede dormir en ellos. Nos vamos con un buen sabor de boca y sorprendidos por la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal.

The room overlooked the beach. We were given two queen beds instead of a booked King bed. The curtains were hanging off the rail. The cleaner did not take away used towels, replenish toilet rolls, replenish empty shampoo or body wash. The whole room needed a paint refurbish. Indoor and out. Adult pool was great. Great pool staff, and very clean. Beach view was great. This quite frankly along with the butler service made the vacation. But not everyone can afford to upgrade. Staff friendly some more than others. Adult only pool staff awesome, some restaurant staff more than others gave excellent customer service. Little things that matter for example, bringing a saucer for a cup, topping up tea and coffee without being asked, use of side plates. The butler service was amazing (Altitude only) very customer service orientated. Very attentive to needs and willing to give advice plus make themself available in times of uncertainty or need. Very impressed with that service.

The pool is ideally located along the beach so when you swim laps you can see look up/down the coast line. That made my morning laps extra special. The room had a great view. All Inclusive - Overrated! Don't bother

Overall our stay at the Krystal Grand was wonderful! PROS: --Altitude room and view were beautiful, bed was comfortable, water and beverages were restocked regularly. Cleaning staff was perfect! --Our butler Joel was AMAZING! So helpful and responsive. Thank you Joel! --Kamp Krystal kids club! Tania was WONDERFUL! My daughter loved her and begged to go to kids club. Thank you Tania! --Miguel the photographer on site! We had an impromptu shoot and it was amazing! Thank you Miguel! --The pools were wonderful, a little cold for me, but nice and clean --Drinks were wonderful and we never had to wait long for one --Breakfast at The Grill (altitude Only). Food and service were phenominal (our morning waiter was the best!) --Pool chairs. Lots of complaints about this but we found it just fine if you got out there by 8 am or so and grabbed some chairs. No biggie and nothing you don't see at other resorts. CONS: --Pullout couch in the room was awful. Even my six year old couldn't sleep with the metal bar in her back --Rooftop bar (Altitude Only) was just a bar with no sun protection and a two foot deep "pool" --Food just wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend the buffett for any meals, it was rough. Italian was very mediocre. I would have loved to try the Japanese and Mexican places but they did not offer a kids menu and wouldn't bring a kids meal from another part of the resort. For a family place, that is just bizarre. We were forced to eat all meals at The Grill.

This is a lovely resort, right on the huge beach! The largest beach I've ever seen, although the waves are huge so not suitable for swimming. The back side of the property is next to the road so there is road noise. If you have a car, please note the traffic can be pretty bad. Food was good. The property is approx 30 mins from Los Cabos.

La atención de todo personal fue muy buena. Los restaurantes tienen comida deliciosa. El hotel está muy bonito, sus instalaciones increíbles y su posición frente al mar hace que disfrutes mucho la estancia. La alberca está en buen estado y es disfrutable, las actividades son variadas para que tu estancia sea muy agradable.

We were very happy with our stay at the Krystal Grand. The property is lovely, the rooms clean and comfortable, the pools are great, and the staff are very nice. The beach is lovely for walks but it isn’t swimmable. We loved the sound of the waves crashing onto shore. Several people we met complained about the food. It isn’t bad but it isn’t 5 star dining for sure. Honestly, the prices of the 5 star resorts in the area were significantly more than the rates at the Krystal Grand when we booked and I didn’t expect 5 star dining. It was a good deal and a beautiful place to spend our family vacation.
